      Join our dynamic team as a Cloud Operations Engineer and take charge of powering our cloud platform to new heights! In this exciting role, you will be the gatekeeper of our production environment, monitoring and responding to incidents to ensure that our customers enjoy seamless experiences. From releasing new product releases and applying patches to monitoring performance, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of our cloud platform.

      What You’ll be Doing

      • Quickly resolve incoming issues and restore operations to optimal levels
      • Expertly deploy releases and updates to the cloud platform
      • Continuously monitor Windows and Linux systems to identify and address issues
      • Be on the front line, available for on-call server alerts and escalations
      • Document and track incidents using the latest incident management systems
      • Take swift action during major incidents, making sure the right people are notified
      • Complete daily checklists and status reports to stay on top of your tasks
      • Utilize established tools and procedures to perform system processing with precision

      What You’ll Bring to the Table

      • Flexibility to work non-standard business hours and varying shift assignments
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
      • 1-2 years of experience in client support, production support, or data center/network operations
      • Proficiency in Windows Server and Linux operating systems
      • Experience with relational databases (MS SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL)
      • Familiarity with monitoring tools (DataDog, Splunk, AppDynamics, etc)
      • Bonus points for AWS experience
      • Strong experience working with ticketing systems (ServiceDesk or others)
      • A passion for learning and growing with the company

      Salary: As required by the equal pay and transparency acts, the expected base salary for this position is: $75,000 - $80,000 per year depending on years of experience.

      What’s Good to Know

      • Scheduled night and weekend work is part of the job
      • This position is remote applicable, as long as you are able to work the following hours:
      • Mon -> Tue 1am-6am

        Wed -> Thu 1am-6am

        Fri -> Sat 9pm-8am

        Sat->Sun 9pm-8am

        Sun->Mon 9pm-8am

      • Occasional travel (usually no more than 10 days per year) may be required
